Andrew Levi

ANDREW LEVI

— Chairman

Andrew Levi is Founder, Chairman and CEO of Blue Calypso. Mr. Levi is a seasoned serial entrepreneur having launched several companies. Mr. Levi also serves as the Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Aztec Systems, Inc., a Dallas-based provider of mid-market ERP, managed services and related technology solutions where he has been responsible for building the company since 1991. His vision and leadership at Aztec have enabled the Company to amass numerous awards for growth and excellence. Mr. Levi has been named to SmartPartner Magazine's list of "50 Smartest People" in the technology industry and to D Magazine's "Top Entrepreneurs under 40." Mr. Levi has been involved in numerous business and association ventures in the technology industry such as Boardroom Software, Inc., Critical Devices, Inc., Aztec Business Solutions, L.L.P., REES Associates, the board of the International Association of Microsoft Certified Partners (IAMCP) and the Information Technology Solution Provider Alliance (ITSPA). Mr. Levi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in finance from Florida State University in addition to numerous technical certifications and six U.S. Patents.


Paul Jarvie

PAUL JARVIE

Paul Jarvie served as President of ASAP Software, Inc. until 2008 when the company was acquired by Dell. After a brief transition period, he retired from Dell to pursue other interests. Mr. Jarvie began his 20 year career with ASAP Software as V.P. Marketing shortly after its launch and became President ten years later. He played a pivotal role in building the company from its entrepreneurial roots into one of the software industry's largest IT product and service providers. During Paul's tenure, ASAP Software grew from a single location to 32 offices located throughout Europe and North America. Mr. Jarvie was responsible for strategy and financial performance and maintained oversight of all functional areas on both continents. The company distinguished itself by consistently ranking as the most profitable competitor in its industry. Also, in a competition sponsored by Chicago Magazine, ASAP Software was honored as "One of the Best Places to Work in Chicago".


With a degree in Advertising and an MBA from Arizona State University's W.P. Carey School of Business, Mr. Jarvie began his business career in New York at the Madison Avenue advertising agency of Sawdon & Bess. In his role as V.P., Account Services, he was responsible for the agency's brand-building efforts for products as diverse as athletic shoes and frozen seafood. He left the advertising business in 1988 to join his college friend who founded ASAP Software in Chicago. Currently Mr. Jarvie is the principal of Jarvie Ventures, and serves on multiple charitable and corporate Boards of Directors.


J. Andrew Kerner

J. ANDREW KERNER

— Board Member & Investor

J. Andrew (Andy) Kerner is an operating executive in residence with SunTx Capital Partners, a private equity firm located in Dallas, Texas. Most recently, Mr. Kerner was Executive Director of Affordable Housing Land Company, a non-profit organization focused on acquiring land for affordable housing development in Texas. Prior to this role, Mr. Kerner held senior executive management positions with Centex Homes, including Senior Vice President and CFO and Executive Vice President of Operations Support. Prior to Centex, Mr. Kerner held CFO roles with The viaLink Company and Cameron Ashley Building Products, as well as several senior financial executive roles with PepsiCo/Frito-Lay in the U.S. and Europe. Mr. Kerner is a Member of the Board of Directors of Aztec Systems and of Atlanticblue Group, a private agriculture/real estate company based in Florida.


Mr. Kerner holds an MBA in finance and a BA in economics from the University of Texas at Austin. He has served on the Executive Council of the McCombs School of Business Real Estate Finance and Investment Center and currently serves on the Chancellor's Council Executive Committee for the University of Texas System. Mr. Kerner is also involved in several non-profit boards and organizations located in Dallas and Europe.


Rich Fennessy

RICH FENNESSY

Rich Fennessy is an accomplished executive known for innovative strategies, building successful organizations, and managing highly complex environments – from new business start up operations to running of a global Fortune 500 public company. Most recently, Mr. Fennessy was President and CEO of Insight Enterprises, Inc., a Fortune 500 global IT solutions company with operations in 22 countries and a broad portfolio of hardware, software, and services targeted towards small, medium, and large corporate and public sector institutions. Prior to joining Insight Enterprises Inc. in 2004, Mr. Fennessy enjoyed a 17 year career with IBM, where he held several senior level executive positions both domestically and internationally. His most recent position was General Manager of ibm.com, which is IBM's web and telephony business in 83 countries throughout the world. He assumed this marketing leadership role after successfully building a start-up operation within IBM's personal computer business focused on selling computers "direct" versus through the traditional reseller channel that IBM had utilized since the inception of the first IBM PC. Mr. Fennessy is also involved in several community based and charitable organizations, such Phoenix's Boys Team Charities, Xavier College Preparatory as the Vice President of its Board of Trustees, and the Greater Phoenix Leadership group, which consists of CEOs and business leaders throughout Arizona, focused on strengthening the economic condition of the State.


Jim Rose

JIM ROSE

— Board Member & Investor

Jim Rose has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Atex in December 2010. Prior to Joining Atex, Jim was Chairman and CEO of Mosaic Sales Solutions, a large privately held marketing services company based in Dallas, Texas. Prior to Mosaic, he was CEO of Media Planning Group (MPG), a subsidiary of Havas; a publicly traded French marketing communications company based in Paris, France.


Jim brings a wealth of experience in leading, growing and delivering value-added products and services to customers. Jim has been CEO for a number of technology, media and marketing services companies over the last two decades. Jim, a US national, also has dual citizenship in the United Kingdom where he was based for over twelve years in leading global technology and services businesses.
